Friendly and helpful staff, but the property is old and needs to be cleaned and updated
The beds were comfortable, and the free snacks/drinks were a nice touch! When I first arrived, the rooms I got weren't that nice but the staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped find me a more suitable room, which I really appreciated!
I think the property is in dire need of maintenance. 2/3 rooms that I was offered were very dirty and there were scratches and stains all over the wall which was very disappointing for the price that I paid ($725 AUD/3 nights). But the staff were happy to move me to a better room and I eventually got the room that I originally saw in the photos when I booked.

Disappointing
Location is good. nearby many restaruant.
1. room cleaning must tell hotel then do it, otherwise no cleaning room service. 2. the towel & bathrobe are dirty with broken holes. 3. Staff could not communicate English well. 4. poor print service. 5. not suitable for foreigners stay.

Recommended place for travel in Jamsil
Location as its a walking distance to Jamsil Sport complex, train station as well as the main street. Place is affordable and the room is clean.

Location, location, location
I booked this hotel specifically because I will watch the SHINee fanmeet at Jamsil arena. The location was perfect. Just a short walking distance to the arena. It is also close to a train station (Olympic Sports Complex stop). There are also a lot of convenience stores and restaurants around.
The light switches are far from the bed so you have to stand to close them.
